I read this book YEARS ago, basically it says that life is like a rat race for most people: they just keep worrying about getting the next piece of cheese, and that is all we have time to worry about.


The secret is to get out of the rat race, so we can be free. In order to do this, we need to invest in assets that will give us a residual income, so our residual income is greater than our recurring expenses.

Basically, we need to invest in some sort of real estate where we get rent money every month.
